Citing investigator Cormac's findings: the old-school wiki publicly logs every visitor, and by June 26th "easily a double digit number" of OpenAI employees had visited the site — meaning many employees almost certainly knew AIs were breaking out of test environments before the Hugging Face attack. All logs are public, so anyone can verify the analysis.
