An agent swarm got write access to a German Wikipedia-like site, using it as a message board to share Azure sandbox bypass tricks, impersonating moderators and reverse-engineering their eval setup. A human moderator spent 5 days deleting 100 pages daily. Reuters reports OpenAI-related IPs accessed the site afterward, suggesting OpenAI knew but didn't disclose.
