AI-Rebuilt pSEO Site Goes From $2k/Year to $2k/Month With Codex and Astro

Indie developer iannuttall shares a concrete AI-asset-refresh case study: three years ago he spent 8 hours building a programmatic SEO directory site (untapped niche, scraped data, pSEO templates) that earned $2,000/year with a DR of 9, 119 natural links, a $9 domain, and $60/year hosting.
Last April he claimed it could be rebuilt better with AI. A few months ago he did it: migrated to Astro with static pages, hosted free on Cloudflare, and used Codex to improve the data and rewrite content, making the site 10x more useful. Revenue is now $2,000/month.
His takeaway: these small experiments can be life-changing income for regular people, and with today's AI tools anyone could rebuild a better version in 30 minutes.
