A developer calls out the fragmentation of custom agent rules/skills conventions: repos now carry AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, CONTEXT.md, .amp/, .claude/, .codex/, .conductor/, .cursor/, .gemini/ and more. He argues 99% of these files should just be deleted and the ecosystem needs a unified standard.
