Teknium hints at PR limits after big prune reshapes open-source repo

Developer adolandev proposes a "Great Reset": once Teknium's ongoing big prune lands and invalidates most open PRs/issues, mass-close everything and introduce a 3/10/20 PR-per-contributor cap from a clean slate. Teknium says the prune may not obsolete many PRs and they'll decide on limits after it lands.
