Max Planck Schools are accepting applications for the first cohort of their Biomedical AI (BMAI) PhD program, due December 1 for entry next year. The network unites 30 German universities and 33 research institutes; applicants with Bachelor's or Master's degrees are eligible. Funding covers up to five years — an initial scholarship (with health insurance subsidy) followed by a TVöD/TV-L E13 contract — with no tuition fees. Three sibling programs (Cognition, Matter to Life, Photonics) are also open.
