OpenAI to grant banked daily resets to paid ChatGPT users lacking Astra access

OpenAI engineering lead Thibault Sottiaux announced that paid ChatGPT users will receive one banked reset for every day they lack access to Astra, with the first landing within hours as the team races to open access. The move was dubbed "aligned incentives" by observers.
