An immunologist with 35 years of T-cell research experience says he generated a polished 5-minute educational video from a single prompt using "GPT-6 Astra" (not yet officially confirmed). The model used the Remotion plugin for video generation, Imagegen for visuals, and suggested HeyGen for narration, assembling script, animations, and explanation in one shot. He claims the quality surpasses anything he's seen and is now building a full video lecture series on immunology.
