Turn_Trout Joins FAR Research to Build Open-Source Agent Eval Sandbox 'Glovebox'
Turn_Trout · x · 2026-09-04
TurnTrout, known for shard theory work, announced he's joining FAR Research as a visiting engineer to develop glovebox, an open-source sandbox for secure agentic evals.
Goals include properly wiring up hardened infrastructure (VMM, VM, egress control, credential injection) and verifying correctness; making secure experiments easy for every researcher and org; deduplicating effort across teams; and upgrading the tool alongside the latest best practices. He's scoping needs with alignment orgs and invites anyone working on agent sandboxing to get in touch.
