Solo prompters beat teams: intent drift is the real bottleneck in AI codegen

The author observes that AI-generated code quality diverges sharply between solo and team use. A single person's prompt series keeps intent and focus consistent, which benefits system function. In teams, intent leaks between people: someone skims the spec, has an improvement idea, silently breaks an assumption of the original design, and passes the code back without mentioning it. Even a maximally intelligent agent fails here — giving an obsequious genius conflicting directives doesn't produce a working system.
