Developer mweinbach shared what's being called the craziest Astra demo yet: on a whim 75 minutes earlier, he fed Astra the same "simulate macOS 27" prompt and got by far the best output he's seen.
- Fully interactive interface: Finder, menu bar, weather, file browsing
- Logging in unlocks cloud sync and working apps inside the simulator
- Publicly accessible at macos-27-simulator.mweinbach.chatgpt.site
The demo, dubbed "macOS Golden Gate," is also being cited in flagship-model spatial intelligence comparisons alongside an empty GPT-6 Astra slot.
