Plinz argued that minds, like Minecraft, are not physical and cannot exist in the physical universe, and that physics says nothing meaningful about consciousness.

NathanpmYoung calls this a 'deepness arbitrage' — using ambiguous terms to imply transcendence — and rebuts it plainly: Minecraft does exist in the physical universe as a program on his computer, so why couldn't his mind likewise be a program running on his brain?
