Gavin Purcell demoed a first-person POV 'date simulator' built on fal's H3 Max (and Max Turbo), where the woman across the dinner table is a secret agent and each run is unique based on your choices.
The stack: Claude for story calls, nanobanana for facial consistency, and H3 Max pre-generating three branch clips so paths switch instantly, built on Blendi Byl's interactive framework plus Fable 5.1 work. Physics and drift issues remain, but he sees 'some sort of new medium' in real-time continuously generated video. fal kicked in extra credits to keep the project going.
