Let Claude write its own /compact prompt and follow-up message

A user shares a workflow trick with Claude Code: when compacting context, ask Claude to write its own compaction message starting with /compact, plus the follow-up message you should send afterwards. This lets the model preserve what it deems important and smoothly re-enter the task.
