Yuchenj_UW · x · 2026-09-03
Databricks researcher Yuchen shares day-one impressions of Fable 5.1:

- Web search still trails GPT-5.6 Sol, often missing the key things to search for.
- Frontend coding remains clearly better than GPT models.
- His daily driver is now Kimi K3, which he says is surprisingly good given heavy dogfooding at Databricks.
