Author Burkov says Anthropic ignored his refund requests, so he cobbles together Codex and Grok

Andriy Burkov, author of the best-selling The Hundred-Page Machine Learning Book, says he only still uses Claude for coding because Anthropic charged his card for a full year and never responded to his multiple refund requests. Instead of paying for the $200/year Codex plan, he combines a $100/year Codex plan with Codex and Grok to get more coding done while staying under $200/month. He sarcastically calls it Anthropic's clever way of keeping customers without letting them leave.
