Google's Paige Bailey announced Gemini 3 Flash pricing at $0.75/M input and $3.75/M output tokens — a fraction of Opus 5's $5/$25.
She claims Flash leads on terminal coding, finance agents, chart reasoning, and long-video benchmarks, saying Flash "has stopped being the compromise tier" and urging users to test it on their hardest problems. The quoting post: "sorry google, we underestimated you."
