Thread (4/6): CRMArena-Pro has clear limits — the evaluation is read-only and covers 19 CRM tasks, not every activity of enterprise work. That doesn't weaken the benchmark; it tells us how to interpret the score. A result is only useful when the boundary of the claim is explicit.
