Yacine: RNNs Can Learn System ID Over the Whole Robot Distribution Quickly

Following up on his cross-robot generalist sim2real idea, Yacine MTB adds that RNNs will simply learn to system-ID the entire distribution of possible robots—and training such a model doesn't take long.
