- Sakana AI CTO Llion Jones and Research Scientist Kai Arulkumaran will give a talk, "Bridging the gap between Neuroscience and Machine Learning," at the 11th CiNet International Conference (Oct 5–7, 2026, Osaka, Japan).
- The conference, "From Biological to General Artificial Intelligence," brings together researchers from cognitive neuroscience, animal neuroscience, and AI to discuss whether neuroscience can lead to better AI and whether neuroscience should keep using AI models that stray from biology. It will be a hybrid in-person/online event.
