Alchemy author sam-goodwin opened PR #1444 adding a native tracing layer, Cloudflare.Telemetry, mirroring the existing Axiom.Telemetry. You provide the Layer and Alchemy configures your Worker, enabling observability.traces and installing a per-event Effect Tracer over Cloudflare's tracing.startActiveSpan. Cloudflare owns sampling and export — no OTLP URL or manual flush needed.
