The author built SkillVitals to solve the headache of Agent skills being scattered across platforms like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and OpenCode with no easy way to track them. The tool brings order to the messy skill ecosystem, letting you see where skills are installed, their status, and how they're being used. It's now open source.
