Rendering Historic San Juan with Gaussian Splatting on WebGPU

A demo showcased scanning historic San Juan, Puerto Rico (nearly 2 hours of scan time), generating 1.39GB of Gaussian Splat data, and streaming it in real-time on the web via the Playcanvas engine using WebGPU.
This demonstrates a complete workflow for high-fidelity 3D scene capture and lightweight web visualization.
