Ex-Figma engineering lead joins Reactive Robot to fix software's new bottleneck

Vivek, who spent 5 years at Figma and led AI adoption across 600+ engineers, announced he has joined Reactive Robot's founding team to work on Ref, a tool for collaborative plan review.
His core argument: generating code is no longer the hard part — the new bottleneck in software is agreeing on what to build and remembering why something was built, which requires deliberate human ownership. Ref lets teammates align on key decisions before reading a 3k-line diff, making code review faster. An open beta is live.
