EU designates ChatGPT as a Very Large Online Search Engine under DSA

The European Commission has designated ChatGPT as a Very Large Online Search Engine, and Reddit and Roblox as Very Large Online Platforms under the Digital Services Act (DSA). These companies now have four months to comply with additional DSA obligations, including risk assessments and independent audits.
