mattshumer_ · x · 2026-09-01
Runway has shared new research on Solaris, its first Interface World Model. Described as a new kind of operating system, Solaris generates interactive interfaces frame by frame in real time, with no code. Runway claims that when generating new interfaces, Solaris outperforms frontier LLMs on structural similarity and information retention. Early access is available by request; Matt Shumer has already applied to test it.
