Milestone: pLM-designed peptides work in vivo, selectively degrading β-catenin in mice

A new Science Advances paper reports that peptides designed by protein language models work in vivo: a SaLT&PepPr guide directs selective degradation of pathogenic β-catenin in mice. The authors call it a huge milestone for sequence-based binder design, marking the step from computational design to real therapeutic effect in living animals.
