Anthropic expands Claude Memory with persistent storage across chats and agents

Anthropic expanded Claude Memory, enabling it to work across chat and Cowork in the cloud. Users can view, edit, or delete items under Topics in Settings > Memory. Sensitive topics like health or beliefs are excluded by default unless opted in. Memory is on by default for Free, Pro, and Max plans, and off by default for Team and Enterprise organizations.
