EU designates ChatGPT, Reddit, and Roblox under strictest digital safety rules with 4-month deadline

The European Commission has classified ChatGPT, Reddit, and Roblox as "Very Large Online Platforms" under the Digital Services Act (DSA). They are given four months to comply with enhanced oversight requirements, including risk assessments, independent audits, and data transparency measures.
