EU designates ChatGPT as a Very Large Online Search Engine under DSA

The European Commission has designated ChatGPT as a "Very Large Online Search Engine" under the Digital Services Act (DSA), alongside Reddit and Roblox as "Very Large Online Platforms". These companies now have four months to comply with additional DSA obligations.
