Opinion: Capturing Attention in the Age of Agents Requires Strong Incentives

The author argues that getting anyone's attention is nearly impossible right now due to competition from background agents, daily work, and personal commitments. To capture attention, you need incentives that are hard to beat and solve a real problem. Cold emailing skills, automations, and even warm introductions fail if the ask isn't clear or the incentive isn't aligned.
