According to The Information, OpenAI has purchased tens of thousands of Mac minis and Mac Studios to train computer-use agents, with Anthropic also relying on Apple hardware. The high demand has left the most powerful models sold out for months. Apple's Mac revenue rose nearly 29% to $10.4 billion in the June quarter.
