H3 LoRA Loader Node Isolates Audio and Video Modalities

Released a ComfyUI node that isolates a batch of LoRAs to (mostly) affect only audio or video.
- Function: Prevents audio-trained LoRAs from affecting images, or GIF-trained LoRAs from ruining audio.
- Details: Based on PlagueKind's LoRA Loader Stack UI; available in Node Manager.
- Trade-off: Incurs a small performance penalty compared to loading LoRAs at full strength.
