Porting MiniMax H3 FastVideo LoRA to ComfyUI: 3x speedup achieved

FastVideo's speed LoRA for MiniMax H3 does not work in ComfyUI due to layer naming differences. The author released a conversion script to translate the LoRA into a ComfyUI-compatible format. Benchmarks on a 3070 Ti show generation times for 124-frame videos dropping from 7-18 minutes to 2-6 minutes, roughly a 3x speedup, with improved detail and motion coherence. The author recommends using 6 sampling steps instead of the advertised 4 to avoid jitter and color blooming. The tool is open-source and requires no custom nodes.
