Custom CUDA simulator supports 200k rigid bodies, runs Microduck

The author demonstrates a custom rigid body simulator based on Box3D that runs entirely on CUDA. It is capable of supporting up to 200,000 rigid bodies and is accurate enough for the Microduck robot to walk within it. The implementation does not use Mujoco at all.
