Model ds4flash-0731 succeeds in legacy ETL migration planning

User tested model ds4flash-0731 on a legacy Pentaho ETL setup: extracting configs and logs to document every running process (down to individual SQL queries) and planning a modern migration. Results show Plan B is working, with 40 t/s single-thread and 170 t/s six-thread, consuming sub-100W.
