SimonOlsn · x · 2026-08-28
Anthropic released the Model Hardware Standard (MHS) yesterday. The author notes that while the model already possesses reasoning capabilities, it previously lacked the ability to communicate with machines. MHS's local component (MAIN) uses existing equipment for deterministic control, keeping execution on the floor rather than relying solely on humanoid robots. The author shared their experience testing controllers at MagasinX.
