Cloudflare Blog · rss · 2026-08-28
Cloudflare announced BotBase for Operators, offering bot and agent operators greater transparency and control over their submissions. New features include a dedicated submission portal, visible submission status (Pending/Accepted/Rejected with reasons), the ability to edit existing entries, and an updated taxonomy based on behavior and content use. The review process is now automated, verifying IP lists, reverse DNS, and Web Bot Auth signatures to speed up approvals. This initiative aims to foster a healthier ecosystem for managing automated traffic.
