Chinese AI firm MiniMax has raised its three-year purchase ceiling with Alibaba Cloud by 220% to US$1.2 billion after burning through two-thirds of its budget by June. Annual spending limits will jump significantly through 2028 to support training and inference needs. The move follows a 283% revenue surge in the first half, driven by a 700% leap in enterprise sales.
