China's top multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) makers reported soaring first-half profits driven by AI data center demand. CCTC's revenue surged 55% to 6.4 billion yuan with net profit up 56%. Rival Guangdong Fenghua saw a 74% profit jump. Both companies are shifting focus to high-end products for servers and automotive electronics to capitalize on the AI boom.
