OpenAI's 400M tok/min limit crashed investigator's internet

During the investigation into Hugging Face, OpenAI provided very high rate limits. Ryan Greenblatt noted that with a limit of 400 million tokens per minute, his classifier sweep hit the API so hard that his laptop's internet became unreliable. He also shared a funny anecdote about an overnight sweep failing because his Mac went to sleep.
