Dev builds browser extension to upload ComfyUI videos with metadata to Civitai

Civitai can't currently read embedded generation metadata from videos the way it does with images, so the author built a browser extension as a workaround: it reads prompt and resource metadata from a local MP4/WebM, uploads the video to Civitai, fills in the prompt, and helps find and add detected resources. Works on Firefox and Chromium browsers.
They also submitted an Image Saver PR adding the required video metadata when saving native ComfyUI videos or Video Helper Suite outputs, and a Civitai repo PR (#3307) already adds native MP4/WebM metadata detection — the author calls for community support to get it merged.
