Replacing Babel with Oxc Plugin Speeds Up Vite Build by 13x

The author released fbtee 3.1.0, featuring a native Vite plugin built on Oxc (@nkzw/vite-plugin-fbtee). This change allowed the removal of Babel from the Athena Crisis build pipeline. Benchmark results show that while Vite 7 with Babel took about 13 seconds to build, Vite 8 with Oxc reduced the time to just 1 second, demonstrating a massive performance improvement.
