Dev builds a native iOS app to set up and cluster DGX Sparks in a few taps

Developer @ashxhart got tired of managing DGX Sparks from the terminal and is building a native iPhone/iPad/Mac app:
- Set up a fresh Spark with a few taps, auto-installing vLLM, anti-OOM and suitable models;
- Pair Sparks into clusters over the CX7 cable with one click;
- A custom Apple Foundation Models provider backed by Spark, exposed to Siri and Shortcuts via App Intents;
- Connect via USB-C MC-DMA, Wi-Fi, or remotely through Tailscale/ZeroTrust.
Still very early, but the first setup flow works.
