claude-mem offers persistent context across sessions for AI agents. It captures all agent actions, compresses them using AI, and injects relevant context back into future sessions. Compatible with Claude Code, OpenClaw, Codex, Gemini, Hermes, Copilot, and OpenCode, it supports storage via ChromaDB and SQLite, integrating RAG and embeddings.
