One builder's playbook: six ways to monetize the same AI capability

The author shares two years of diverse practice: building production AI systems for Fortune 500 firms, helping operate a humanoid-robot fleet, taking a 250+ TB human-labeled financial dataset to market, shipping 40 live systems across his own companies, and using laptop agents to broker six figures in high-ticket deals — generating 30M+ organic views and enterprise inbound.
His core argument: most people learn one slice of AI (automations, scraping, content) and force every opportunity through it. Once you can build systems, browser agents, scrape and enrich data, wire company software via APIs and MCPs, and turn results into content that reaches buyers, the same capability pays multiple ways — sell the system, run your own company on it, license the data, find buyers with it, broker the relationship, or publish and let buyers come to you. Sometimes the system simply reveals that two people need to meet, and owning that introduction is worth more than the software.
