Meta could earn $10-$30B by selling unused compute fleet

Analysis suggests Meta is in a strong negotiating position:
- Supply Side: With a massive GPU fleet but relatively low inference demand, Meta could rent out under 0.5GW of compute. Given current shortages, this could generate $10-$30B in annual revenue.
- Procurement Side: As a major NVIDIA client, Meta can leverage alternatives like Google TPUs, AWS Trainium, and AMD chips to negotiate better pricing or risk-sharing for datacenter expansion with NVIDIA.
