Two years ago you either spent weeks on calls and proposals, or days building a demo before knowing if the buyer would pay. Now you can leave the first call, open Claude Code, and build a custom demo with sample data in 10-20 minutes.
This matters most with local business owners — distracted, slow to reply, quick to hand you to a "tech guy" who understands less than the owner, sometimes even after payment you're still waiting for access. Be explicit that it's unfinished; the point is something tangible before every login arrives. It closes deals pre-payment and keeps momentum post-payment — proof that used to take days of unpaid work now takes 20 minutes.
