Agent Plugins released to foster open Agentic AI ecosystem

Romain Huet announced a commitment to an open ecosystem. They have contributed AGENTS.md to the Agentic AI Foundation under the Linux Foundation and helped create Agent Plugins.
The move aims to avoid vendor lock-in via proprietary formats, emphasizing that users' instructions, skills, and plugins should be portable across different tools.
