EvoDiff final version published: diffusion protein generation with evolutionary data

The final version of EvoDiff has been published in eLife. The model combines evolutionary-scale data with diffusion models for controllable protein sequence generation. Beyond generating plausible proteins, it can scaffold structural motifs in sequence space.
